This week’s thoughts came about from seeing these two burgers, getting their respective cheeses melted on a bed of onions like a couple of carefree billionaires. It’s the luxury of simply spending copious amounts of time together, simply for the fact that it’s the most enjoyable aspect of each other’s day. I know, I know. “Marcelo, are you pretending to be Julia Roberts and is what you’re talking about ‘dolce far niente’?” I mean, possibly, but this blog does aim to find the culinary exploration of these type of things. The things that bring joy and meaning to our everyday lives.
